How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, arriving at your door within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity, or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, or French Press to suit your home brewing equipment.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unhappy with your roast or there was an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
